South Korea and Peru hold a 90-day treaty — longer than anything the new unilateral lists grant. Your nationality is on none of the three new Thai lists — and does not need to be. Its visa-free entry rests on a bilateral treaty, which the Royal Gazette notices of 31 August 2026 do not touch: they repeal only the unilateral scheme. From 15 September 2026 the treaty is the sole basis for entry, and its own term applies, which is why the number changes. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs publishes the list (Bilat_Ordinary, Department of Consular Affairs, 12 December 2025) and a printout is worth carrying: check-in staff and some officers work from the unilateral list and may not expect a treaty entry in the first weeks. Until 14 September inclusive the old rule still holds at the border.
