Thailand — Azerbaijan gains visa on arrival on 15 September 2026
eVisa required Visa on arrival
Not in force yet — our data still shows the old rule until it is officially published.
Azerbaijan gains visa on arrival on 15 September 2026. Four Interior Ministry notices appeared in Thailand's Royal Gazette on 31 August 2026 (vol. 143, special issue 207) and take effect on 15 September 2026. One of them replaces the old 31-nationality visa-on-arrival list with three: Azerbaijan, Belarus and Serbia. Until then an e-Visa obtained before departure is what we show, because that is what is true at the gate today. The notice itself sets no fee and no permitted stay — the widely quoted 15 days and 2,000 baht come from secondary sources — so confirm both with a Thai mission before relying on visa on arrival.
