Taiwan opened an e-visa to Russian passports

From 7 July 2026 Russian ordinary passport holders can apply for a Taiwan e-visa online — single entry, 30 days — instead of going to a consulate. A one-year pilot, running to 6 July 2027. Apply at the Bureau of Consular Affairs before you fly.
