Montenegro's foreign ministry says the visa-free regime for Russian citizens will end before the end of September 2026, as the country aligns its visa policy with the EU ahead of accession. NOT in force yet and no exact date has been published — Russians still enter visa-free for 30 days, and that is what we serve until it actually changes.
